George Katumba –Sempangi
Ag. Country Programme Director
George joined ADD is March 2007 as the Manager Programmes. He has hands on experience with Disabled person’s organizations in Uganda. He also brought to ADD a wealth of experience having worked with GOAL Uganda as a Programmes Manager before joining ADD. In the interim period George doubles as the Ag. Country Programme Director after the departure of Mrs. Christine Mulindwa-Matovu. |

Aloysius Kiribaki
Senior Programme Officer
Aloysius is in charge of Capacity Building and other programme work at ADD. He is a graduate of Makerere University. Currently he is pursuing a Masters Degree. He has over 10 years of experience working with disabled people’s issues. |

Juliet Namagulu
Senior Programme Officer - Gender
She joined ADD Uganda as a volunteer and was later recruited as a Programme Officer –Gender and Marginalized Groups. She graduated from Makerere University with a Bachelors’ degree in Arts and is completing a Masters Degree in Sociology. Juliet previously acted as a Finance & Administration Manager, a role she is most likely going to take on with the impending departure of the Mr. Ojiambo. |

Christine Lule
Programme Co-ordinator – Deaf Programme
Christine has been with ADD Uganda for ten years now. She heads the deaf programme and coordinates training programmes conducted by ADD. She is an experienced sign language instructor and has trained in CBR. |

Wilfred Bongomin
Fundraising & Resource Mobilization Officer.
Wilfred joined ADD Uganda in 2008. He has previously worked with Uganda Management Institute and is keen on disability issues. He has worked privately with various Disabled People’s Organizations assisting them with proposal writing. Wilfred is studying for a PhD. |

Catherine Matovu-Muyanja
Administrative Officer
Catherine is the Administrative Officer. She has several years experience in Administration. She graduated from Makerere University with a degree in Social Sciences. She has several years’ administrative experience with international bodies. She is keen to adopt best practices in ADD Uganda. |

Deus Baraza
Research & Information Officer.
He joined ADD Uganda in 2003. He works as the Research and Information Officer and has coordinated the various research studies that ADD has undertaken. He is also engaged in other capacity building programmes. He had previously volunteered with ADD Uganda and he is able to use sign language. |

Susan Akomele
Programme Officer – Deaf Programme
Susan has been with ADD for over 12 years now. She is an experience sign language instructor and conducts several training sessions for ADD Uganda. She is married with 3 children |

Jacent Nayiga
Part Time Finance Officer
Jacent has previously worked in the private sector. She is responsible for maintaining the accounting records and keeps ADD Uganda up to date on income & expenditures etc. |

Freed R. Nyamurwana:
Programme/Accounts Assistant.
Freed joined ADD in 2004 as a Personal Assistant to Benon, a Senior Programme Officer who has since moved on. With his educational background and hands on experience, he was retained as the Programme/Accounts Assistant |

Sam Okello
Sign Language Interpreter/IT contact person
He is a professional sign language interpreter and is in charge of IT at ADD Uganda. He works with the deaf programme. He is studying for a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/IT. He is also Chairman of the Uganda National Association of Sign Language Interpreters’ (UNASILI) |

Godfrey Male
Driver
Godfrey is the longest-serving ADD Uganda employee. He joined ADD in 1987 as a driver. He is married with four children. He enjoys reading self-help books. |

Fred Ngobi
Driver
He joined ADD Uganda in 1993. He has several years experience as a driver and is also a trained mechanic. |

Ronald Ndawula
Driver
He works as a driver with ADD Uganda. He is able to use sign-language and is interested in improving on this skill. |

Aggrey Olweny
Volunteer
He volunteers with ADD Uganda. He is very interested in disability issues. He assists with the Front Desk, administration and programme work. Aggrey is a graduate of Makerere University. |

Hudson Male
Office Assistant
He is working as the office assistant. He ensures cleanliness of the premises and assists with some office functions. He gives personal support to some disabled staff and visitors. Hudson joined ADD Uganda in 1995 |
